I had this idea from the very beginning, which is why I was very insistent with our audio team that we capture and record audio separately for each microphone, as well as a live feed of the audience. I knew I wanted to do some fun things with this, and what's more fun than making it seem like every note we sang is horribly off key? It's funny watching how confidently we power through the performance while sounding absolutely abysmal. You gotta give points for trying, right? The blank stares and crickets suggest the audience didn't seem to think so...
