When creating clips for my Power Hour project, I had to think of random things completely different from each previous video. One theme I often used was taking something that existed and putting a spin on it. For this one I took clips from Hollywood films and imagined if those characters were contestants on this stupid dating show. I found movie scenes where a character introduced themselves and then other clips where that same actor had a line that could be a response to getting "rejected." The beauty of editing is you can assemble any storyline you want when you take things out of context.
