A Very Broadway Purim was huge leap in production value from the last shows. In so many ways. First, this was the first of our productions to outsource help with choreography (or more accurately IN-source with a friend). Second, we put a lot of effort into props and sets (also a friend and cast member, Paul Strohecker). And third, we got a professional videographer to film our show, which made the post production process a lot more fruitful for me to edit. The genre of Broadway lent itself so easily to Purim because it's just so theatrical and fun. Also most of us have theater backgrounds so that helped.
