The concept was a fake event that recreated our first date and surprised her by including friends and family in disguise.<\/p>\t\n\t<h4>\n\t\t\t\tBehind the Scenes\n\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<p>The footage included in this video spans so many years &#8211; from video journals after first meeting each other, to clips from our first date, to interviews of the 2 of us after the proposal. Throughout the whole planning process, I definitely had it in mind that I would be making a documentary, so I made sure to cover all the bases. I enlisted a few friends to photograph and film certain aspects of the night, I went around Philly grabbing b-roll footage, and finally after the event, I filmed the 2 of us discussing every detail in an interview style.
