This was a recurring theme I used to make Power Hour segments throughout this project - mashing up audio with unrelated video to create a completely new narrative. Over the years I've gotten many ideas from doing an activity I like to call "Alt Soundtrack," which is when you play a random music playlist alongside muted video. The art of randomness encourages your brain to start forming connections between audio and visual, which opens up the possibilities of trying new combinations. For this video, I tightened the edits to make the synthesis even better.
